I just want to drop a note and thank Reed and Mike.

Due to some misunderstanding, my account is temporarily disabled
and I dropped an email to Reed. Reed was very resposive and he also
asked Mike to help.

Mike replied with the next few hours and promised to check with
his support team. Within an hour or two, everything is back to normal.

Personally I have not see any other forum whose owner is still
dedicated to their members and take good care of them personally.

Want to thank Mike and Reed for a wonderful job! =)
