Hi everyone

I use SmartDraw and I think it is really good software. It's very professional but not as "fun" as imindmap. But I think imindmap is all colour and "fun" and not as professional feeling. So my question is, is there a package somewhere in between?

Or maybe I need to spend more time familiarising myself with all of Smart Draw's functions.

Anyway appreciate any comments.

I've been using an online mind mapping service... totally FREE... that will totally blow your mind.

Every time I show someone this, they beg me to reveal where to use it.

It's called:
http://www.bubbl.us

Here's a sample mindmap I created:

Pretty sweet, eh?

Awesome!

I love mind mapping.

Another really good free mind mapping software
that is available online is...

http://www.mindomo.com/

It's almost exactly like MindJet.

Anybody know of one where clicking on the bubbles hyperlinks? That PPC one (in the previous pose) would be a great PPC Course if you could do that.

I hear you and understand your frustration about losing hard work...

... With that said, when I click the [Save] button with bubbl.us, I also click the [Export] button and save as XML -- gives me a backup right to my desktop.

I like Mindjet MindManager. It is probably the best in its class, but not cheap

I have been using Mindjet as well...so simple it is ridiculous but totally professional.

I love mindjet too and also use smart draw.

I could never leave mindjet because of the integration with MS project and outlook. From a baseline project to a mindmap to a fully diarised and allocated task list in outlook 3 clicks...gotta love that!

I also use Mindjet Mindmanager, I would be totally lost without it... it is a little on the pricey side, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

I use freemind for mind mapping and it's free.

Personally, I'm a pretty big fan of mindmeister.com myself. On the Mac platform i am also a pretty big fan of OmniGraffle.

While I don't know the guys personally, Sterling and Jay have some pretty good info about their mind mapping processes and using them not only to help your own business but to use them for bonuses later. I found a quick video going over mindjet at (http://www.internet-based-business-mastery.com/get-started-with-mindjet-mind-map-software). I'm in no way advocating or promoting internet business mastery, just a helpful resource i found ;)

Just started using http://www.bubbl.us/ and http://www.mindomo.com. two grate mind map creators and they are both free. :)
Before I found out about these, I was creating photo shop mind maps, you can custom them anyway you want but takes a long time.

Used to use Mindjet for a long time.
Then tried both the heretofore mentioned free online mind map services and found them wanting.
That said, my abfab favorite mindmapping software tool is from "The Brain.com" known as PersonalBrain.
Check it out and be amazed!
